Voxware (Booth 3713) will be showcasing its innovative voice management software at the Modex. The company will highlight its Cloud Voice Management Suite (VMS), which has demonstrated remarkable growth since its launch 18 months ago.
Joining Voxware will be Caroline Gibson from Hi Spec Lenses and Shawn McGhee from Hollywood Feed, who will speak to the benefits they have seen since deploying a voice warehouse solution.
Caroline Gibson will highlight the results that Hi-Spec, a distributor of eyewear products, has seen after just a few months of using Voxware. These include a reduction in training time, increased picking accuracy, and improved operational efficiency. Caroline will be giving 30 minute presentations and taking questions about the implementation at 11:00 am ET Monday – Thursday and 2:00 pm ET Monday – Wednesday.
“We started talking to Voxware at a critical point during our efforts to modernize our warehouse. They helped us make the business case for voice and showed us how the software would work for us,” said Caroline Gibson, Process & Projects Manager at Hi-Spec Lenses Ltd/ NLRX Services Ltd. “We were able to quickly build up a level of trust and understanding that made us feel that we would be in good hands with Voxware.”
Shawn McGhee will discuss how Hollywood Feed, a provider of natural and holistic pet food, was able to reach ROI within 60 days and increase productivity by 33% since their implementation of Voxware’s cloud-based voice solution. He will also speak to how voice has enabled his company to easily scale without requiring additional resources. In addition to his presence at booth #3713, Shawn will also be presenting in Theater H on Monday, March 17th at 3:45 pm and Wednesday, March 19th at 12:45 pm.
“Any dollar that I have to spend on infrastructure detracts from my ability to grow my retail operation. Voice in the cloud allows small businesses to take away one of the competitive advantages that all the big guys have,” said Shawn McGhee, President of Hollywood Feed. “Voxware’s implementation could not have gone easier or faster, and I can’t emphasize that enough. If I had to do it over again, the one thing I would do is definitely contact Voxware faster and implement the technology sooner.”
“We are excited to have Caroline and Shawn join us at Modex to share their success stories, including tips, insights, and benefits they have experienced since adding voice to their warehouses,” said Keith Phillips, CEO at Voxware. “Our Cloud Voice Management Suite, for large and small customers alike, allows companies to save on capital costs and invest in other strategic areas of the business. Updating warehouses with the latest technologies is critical to providing excellent customer service and remaining competitive in the market. Caroline and Shawn are great examples of this fact.”
