ProMat 2009: Your window to the ProMat show floor
Big events inspire big expectations. This week Chicago’s McCormick Place is the home of great expectations, and ProMat is in the house. Each exhibitor expects at least a handful of good leads that will pay off in business down the road. Each attendee expects to collect at least a handful of good ideas that will pay off in making their company a stronger business.
It would be hard to see everything there is to see at an event this size, so by checking in on this blog periodically and checking out what others are seeing that you haven’t, we can help make sure you get what you came for. And if you didn’t come, let me know what you want to know. I’ll try to be your eyes and ears.
Your daily input via this blog will result in a real-time window to the show floor. My expectation is that by collecting your feedback and questions via this Show Blog, we’ll be able to give you access to experiences beyond your own. I’ll chime in periodically too with observations from my many interviews from the floor, but it will be the collective voice of fellow attendees–and non-attendees–that will help deliver on everyone’s great expectations.
