Reduce your labor & plastic "stretch wrap" costs
With all the work that you do with each pallet load in your facility, it makes sense to rely on a pallet load stabilizer that is… Strong – Reusable – Cost Effective. Stop scrapping plastic stretch wrap!

Why apply plastic wrapping material to a pallet when there is a far more user and environmentally friendly pallet securing solution available from Aero Rubber Company?

By using the highly efficient and compact BEUMER stretch hood® A from the high-capacity BEUMER stretch hood® packaging system model range. It impresses with improved system performance, ergonomic operation and a space-saving format.

This is BEUMER's new response to the increasing demand for machine safety and economic efficiency in the packaging industry.

Albertsons palletizes with KUKA robots

Albertsons, a large US-based grocery chain, was in need of a new solution for their cold packaging operation, and had very specific requirements to ensure it met the high quality and cleanliness demands of the grocery industry.

Hytrol's Resources
ProSort MRT 90˚ and 30˚
The ProSort MRT family of sorters is specifically designed to handle medium sized product and is capable of high throughput rates. The ProSort MRT 90˚ makes use of multiple narrow belts to transport items. It is equipped with right-angle rollers that rise between the belts to divert items off the unit and is designed for dual-sided diverting. With the ProSort MRT 30˚, wheels rise between the belts to transfer items at 30 degree angles for increased rates. The sorters are designed with individual pneumatic take-ups for consistent belt tensioning and are equipped with the HyPower distributed cabling system. Applications include but a re not limited to quality control stations, manual palletizing, automated and robotic palletizers, and value-added workstations.

E24™ 24-Volt Conveying System
Hytrol's E24™ sets the standard by delivering a powerful, long-lasting, low-voltage means for product transportation.
The 24-volt motor driven roller (MDR) conveyor systems are being widely used due to their simplicity and flexibility. Since the drive train is distributed along the conveyor length, a single piece of equipment can perform multiple functions. This includes different speeds, multiple directions and starting/stopping individual sections. Because E24™ is a Hytrol innovation, it also works great with EZLogic® zero-pressure accumulation systems. Hytrol’s E24™ has been designed from the ground up to provide the best 24-volt conveyor drive technology in existence.

ProSort 400 Elite Series
Hytrol’s ProSort 400 Family of sorters is specifically designed to handle high-speed applications where product diverting needs to be both positive and gentle. The ProSort 421 is designed to sort products at a 22 degree angle where higher speeds are required and close divert centers are not so critical, speeds of 700 FPM are possible. The ProSort 431 is designed to sort products at a 30 degree angle where close divert centers are required and speeds of 350 FPM are possible. The ProSort Elite series is solely offered as single-sided, diverting positively from left or right-hand sides.
