Offered in two models, medium and large, the Flex-Lifter conveyor belt lifter handles 4,000 pounds safely. The medium model handles belt widths ranging from 36 to 60 inches, raising them up 14 inches; the large model handles belt widths from 48 to 72 inches and rises up 16 inches. Lifts are done from under the belt without damaging clamps on the belt’s edges or cover. When raised, the lifts provide workspace for safe, easy changing of worn idler rollers, maintaining impact beds or establishing a splicing station for belt repairs.

The E24 conveyor incorporates 24- volt live roller technology to provide high performance and reliable operation in a safe, quiet working environment. It is ideal for facilities with frequent layout changes or for manufacturers who need to quickly change process lines. Features include long life drive motors that run only when needed and minimal maintenance requirements. The conveyor resolves issues such as heat dissipation, limited motor life span, lack of sufficient torque and the inability to use 1.375 inch rollers. EZ-Logic technology, featuring dynamic zone accumulation, is included....more- 01/10/2008
The space-saving Q-Squared series conveyor offers transfer and materials handling capabilities. Features include modular plug-and-play operation, audit/bypass functions and optional adjustable width. The conveyor’s built-in corner rotate, shuttle, elevator and lift gate options operate without control panels, supervisory PLCs or pneumatic distribution. It assembles, integrates and reconfigures without disrupting surrounding production lines. As a transfer conveyor or as a buffering return line on palletized assembly lines, the conveyor is ideal for applications including automotive component assembly and manufacturing environments....more- 01/10/2008
V1000-series AC drives for 1/8 to 25 HP motors feature maintenance monitors to ensure the drive’s health, on-line tuning to maintain harmony with the motor, application presets for fast, easy installation and RoHS compliance. For use in production with conveyors and food and beverage machines, the drives incorporate heat-sink technology, allowing them to be stacked side-by-side. A standard EN954-1 Safety Category 3 input disconnects the motor should problems arise....more

The models 973 and 974 pallet jack interface conveyor are configured with and without squaring arms to align pallets to the centerline. Both offer 3,000 pound maximum load capacity, standard speeds of 40 to 80 feet per minute and a standard 40 x 48 inch GMA or Chep 9-block pallet. To load the conveyor, a pallet jack is driven onto the ramp or plates, lowers the pallet on the plates and backs out. Chains then raise the pallet off the plates and run it onto the next conveyor, eliminating potential conveyor damage. To accommodate the interface, a pit ledge with 26 to 30 inches clearance below ground level is required....more
