Offering wide, large capacity drawer pedestals, Workmaster storage cabinet workbenches sport a variety of surface options including laminates, maple block and stainless steel. Supporting a static load up to 1,000 pounds, each workbench is comprised of 29.5 inch wide cabinets. One or two cabinet pedestals fit under the 60- or 72-inch long worksurfaces, while a 96-inch long worksurface allows for up to three cabinets. Nine different cabinet configurations, each including a combination of 3, 6 and/or 12 inch high drawers, may be specified. An optional gang lock can secure each bank of drawers, which feature two recessed handles to prevent accidental collision with carts, chairs and knees. Heavy duty Ergo-Line workbenches combine ergonomic easy height adjustment with a 750 pound weight capacity for industrial, assembly and manufacturing environments. Features include a 12-inch vertical extension range from 30 to 42 inches and a manual hand crank that can be mounted on the front of the left or right leg. A version with electric hydraulic push-button height adjustment is also offered. Work surface choices include plastic laminate, ESD laminate or solid maple. Ten models of ergonomic, stringerless, folding-leg workbenches offering 2,000 pound capacities are fabricated of 7 gauge steel with corner gussets for stability. Measuring from 60 x 30 to 120 x 48 inches, the benches may be used on both sides. Tops are of 14 gauge steel with a formed channel on all four sides. For safety, all corners are rounded. The bench features hinged legs welded to the top with full-length hinges. Legs can be adjusted to raise the surface from 28 to 42 inches above floor level in 1 inch increments. The Titan 2327 12,000-pound steel coil manipulator transfers palletized steel coils to a coil cart quickly and safely. When a palletized steel coil is delivered to the manipulator with a fork truck, pushbutton controls pivot the deck to bring the coil to the upright position. To improve the ergonomics of manually transporting aluminum LPG lift truck cylinders, the wheeled TanKaddy attaches to the bottom of any standard 33.5 or 44.5 pound cylinder. The caddy’s two soft tread, 2.5-inch rubber wheels roll the tanks across the floor to prevent worker injury or fatigue resulting from lifting and carrying the cylinders. The Indoor Collision Avoidance system for industrial vehicles reduces the number of accidents caused by collisions between automated guided vehicles and lift trucks. The system improves AGV route planning by incorporating knowledge of lift truck locations. AGVs, forklifts and other free-roaming and guided vehicles are equipped with the Sky-Trax Indoor Positioning System, which determines each vehicle’s position and broadcasts it to other vehicles in the network. Prevent products and workers from falling off flatbed trailers during loading, unloading and tarping with the SpeedGuard system. Stored in a compact, wheeled package, the guard rail is easily transported both inside and outside a facility and works on most flatbed trailers. Seven railholders insert into the stake pockets on each side of the trailer, followed by six railings. A ladder rolls in place at the end for access to the truck bed. The Mondel 200S ST and ST/E Type, 3-phase AC Hy-Thrust actuator brakes offer a new auto-adjustment feature and a new auto-equalization feature for overhead materials handling control. These enhancements automatically compensate for brake lining wear, eliminating the time required to manually adjust the linkages on the braking mechanism.
