Scratch-resistant bag packaging film
Flexible, durable NSCR scratch resistant film is offered as a pre-opened, bag-on-a-roll product. The film is ideal for packaging products with high-gloss finishes or surfaces that are sensitive to scratching or abrasion. Made of lowdensity polyethylene, the film features a unique embossing to create its surface. The film contains no anti-block additives, which are typically used to prevent polyethylene surfaces from sticking together, but can cause minor surface chafing.

The ring-straddle film delivery system wraps loads with 51-gauge film pre-stretched 250% without film breaks. Film recovery occurs on the load, resulting in high containment force and reduced film use. The automatic conveyorized system wraps loads up to 50 x 50 x 80 inches. Starting and ending the wrap cycle is a cut-and-clamp system with heat-free film sealing system, yielding a 1.5 second cut-clamp-seal cycle.
