Stretch wrapper uses 30% less film
Using 30% less stretch film to contain loads while providing the same amount of wrap force, the RS-6000 20-second stretch wrapping system processes 180 to 200 loads per hour. The ring-straddle film delivery system wraps loads with 51-gauge film pre-stretched 250% without film breaks. Film recovery occurs on the load, resulting in high containment force and reduced film use. The automatic conveyorized system wraps loads up to 50 x 50 x 80 inches. Starting and ending the wrap cycle is a cut-and-clamp system with heat-free film sealing system, yielding a 1.5 second cut-clamp-seal cycle. ...more
