The flexible panels are guided in the PVC track by a polypropylene brush, which also gives under impact. The brush provides a 360-degree perimeter seal, which eliminates drafts and infestation concerns. The door is extremely lightweight and is counter balanced with steel weights, which provide upward bias to the door. There are no springs or rollers to maintain.
