Featuring extra-secure, molded HDPE hinges that snap-lock when the lid closes, the all-plastic attached lid container provides greater security in shipping, storage, or picking applications. Ideal for use by grocery, general merchandise, manufacturing and medical industries, the container is 100% recyclable without the need to separate the lid and container. Measuring 21 x15 x 12 inches, the lid has interlocking fingers for tight closure and secure stacking. Tie holes located in both ends are compatible with a variety of closures to further secure lids while also providing a location for tamper-evident seals. With up to 50 pounds of capacity, the container’s reinforced sides and corners protect against breakage. The containers nest when empty.

The all-plastic hinges on the IPL FlapNest 2115 are tamper-resistant and tamper-evident. When the lid flaps of the containers are closed with security straps, ties or clips, it is impossible for someone to insert their hands into the containers and withdraw the contents without using tools and leaving behind permanent, visible damage to the containers. In contrast, wire hinges can be withdrawn, items removed and the hinges re-inserted without detection.
