Extension Plug Doubles Conveyor Belt Length
Plant engineers can reduce equipment costs and increase efficiency in conveyor belt applications with the AS-i Extension Plug. Traditionally, the maximum length of a conveyor belt using one AS-Interface master with two repeaters was limited to 300 meters. Now, the AS-i Extension Plug allows each segment of the belt to reach 200 meters before a repeater is used, doubling the potential length of a conveyor with a single AS-Interface network to 600 meters, and eliminating the need for multiple networks. The AS-i Extension Plug can be installed at the furthest point from the AS-Interface power supply....more

Conveyor Belt
The Series 400 Ball Belt uses patented technology to simplify mechanical systems in diverter applications. Balls driven by a secondary conveyor underneath the main belt allow for greater control of product speed and movement. Each ball has a 1 inches diameter and a standard indent of 0.6 inches with a 2 inches space between balls.
