While retaining the earlier tool's familiar name, the new Clipper Roller Lacer deeply embeds the belt splice quicker and with less wear on the tool. The Alligator Ready Set Quad Staple Driver is designed for simultaneous installation of four staples, adding speed and consistency to the belt fastening process. A series of redesigned Clipper wire-hook conveyor belt fasteners from Flexco feature increased wire diameter and mass for greater resistance to abrasion, belt tension and other abusive operating conditions. Clipper #4-1/2 RHTX Fasteners are made of high tensile steel rectangular wire with cross-section width of 0.052 inches and height of 0.062 inches. The increased height, up from the standard 0.057 inches, adds wire mass for significantly greater strength and longer splice life on light/medium-duty belts in applications involving slider beds or carrying abrasive cargo....more

Two new connecting pins for Clipper wire hook belt fasteners from Flexco feature an advanced nylon coating test-proven to provide significantly greater abrasion resistance than conventional nylon covered pins.
