With a compact design that distributes loads evenly over four oversized casters that roll over thresholds and uneven floors, the Lift Stik is a versatile lifter transporter.
A 3,000-pound capacity lift table has a 60 x 84 inch platform and a 50-inch vertical lift. The lift table is equipped with a powered deck extension that moves laterally.
The Max-M22 medium-duty lift table incorporates features of a more rugged lift table at a lower cost. With a 2,200 pound capacity, the Max-M22 has trapped top and bottom scissor arms, built-in safety bars, a one horsepower 115-volt motor, and a magnetic backed control box.
With a turntable that is essentially flush with the top platform, the Flush-Mount Turntable Lift can be lowered as close to the floor as a lift without a turntable, or when pitmounted, can bring the turntable to actual floor level.
The EHLT Series Electric/Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table from Vestil is designed to raise products up to an ergonomic working height while maximizing safety with minimum space requirements. The lift table reduces operator bending and fatigue. The lift table features all welded steel construction and a patented perimeter pinch point guard.
For high-cycle applications Presto has introduced the “Super Cycle” option for many of their most popular lift tables. Normal lifts are typically designed for approximately 50,000 cycles between maintenance. The Super Cycle option extends this to 200,000 cycles. The increase is achieved by modifying several key lift components to be regreasable, allowing for preventive maintenance and extended life. Welded, cold-rolled steel wear strips are also added to Super Cycle Lifts. The Super Cycle option is available on standard lifts as well as wide-base units with capacities ranging from 2000 to 6000 lbs.
Pallet Load Leveler
A new hydraulic load leveler for use in manual loading and unloading of pallets has been introduced by Presto Lifts, Inc. The P4 improves worker productivity and reduces fatigue. Its platform lowers to floor height so that pallets can be placed and removed using a hand pallet truck. The P4 can be accessed from all four sides. Units are equipped with a photoelectric toe guard that will stop downward travel if the beam is interrupted. The 3000-lb. capacity lift table has a 60 inches x 84 inches platform with a 50 inches vertical lift. A 48 inches x 22 inches deck, stored within the platform, can be extended hydraulically to provide a walk-over bridge for use by maintenance personnel servicing machinery.

Low-Height Lift Platform
Pentalift has introduced a newly designed low-height lift table for assembly operations. The 3000-lb. capacity lift table has a lowered platform height of only 3 inches and a vertical lift of up to 5 feet. It does not require a recessed pit for installation and can be integrated with other material handling equipment to facilitate flexible manufacturing schedules.
