Offered in two models, medium and large, the Flex-Lifter conveyor belt lifter handles 4,000 pounds safely. The medium model handles belt widths ranging from 36 to 60 inches, raising them up 14 inches; the large model handles belt widths from 48 to 72 inches and rises up 16 inches. Lifts are done from under the belt without damaging clamps on the belt’s edges or cover. When raised, the lifts provide workspace for safe, easy changing of worn idler rollers, maintaining impact beds or establishing a splicing station for belt repairs.

Engineered to eliminate line jams during packaging, the Zero-Gap II infeed product conveyor uses electronic sensors to monitor and control product movement. The system maintains constant low line pressure to maximize uptime. Flexible design and gentle handling make the unit ideal for applications in the soft drink, beer, wine, food and household product industries. Installed between the upstream product conveyor and the original infeed of the machine, the system distributes round products of any size from a nested pattern into multiple lanes at speeds up to 2,000 units per minute....more- 10/08/2007
Providing an alternative to roller transfers, the powered plastic chain MicroSpan Transfer offers a stable, flexible base for the smooth transport of small, delicate products. The unit maintains product orientation at maximum speeds of 140 feet per minute. Ideal for washdown applications, the sprocket-driven unit features stainless steel construction. It can be slave-driven by another conveyor or independently driven. Both ends of the transfer have a profile height of 0.55 inches for smooth transfers....more
