The Fuji ace palletizing robot is offered in four different models with palletizing rates ranging from one to two bags per minute up to 26 bags per minute. It handles up to 440 pounds with a repeatability of ±0.02 inches. A four-axis rigid steel articulated arm with brushless AC servo drives and enclosed bearings and cables reaches 104 inches horizontally and 90.5 inches vertically. Powered by 208/220 volt, 3-phase, 60- cycle motor, energy consumption is roughly 6.5 KVA. Operator friendly controls include a programmable touchscreen and a teaching pendant that steps through the palletizing motions.

Using multiple robotic arms to achieve high palletizing rates for increased throughput, the high-speed robotic palletizing cell saves floor space. With servo wrists to rotate packages, the robots yield faster, gentler four-way orientation of cases. This affords full control of package label positioning, allowing graphics to be placed on all four sides of the pallet, or bar code orientation to streamline scanning. The customizable cell is ideal for handling food, beverage and consumer goods.

A low cost palletizing system combines a robot with a set of conveyors, end of arm tooling, pallet stand and software. Easy to implement and maintain, the system is offered with the choice of two robots: The 4-axis KR 40 robot has a payload capacity of 88 pounds and reaches up to 6.9 feet, and the 4-axis KR 100 PA robot carries up to 220 pounds of payload and reaches up to 10.5 feet. Both robots use carbon fiber composite materials—making them extremely light without sacrificing stiffness. For out-of-box implementation of robotic palletizing, the included software suite offers application development and run time tools to reduce engineering and development time....more- 01/10/2008
The energy-efficient Stacker provides fully automated palletizing while using only four drives to keep power consumption and maintenance to a minimum. Easy to setup and operate with AB controls and color touchscreen, the unit has a compact footprint of 10 x 12 feet. A palletizer, pallet dispenser and full load exit are integrated into the system, which builds any load at 10-20 cases per minute. Options include an automatic slip sheet inserter and layer clamping for different sized layer patterns....more- 01/10/2008
Engineered with economy and the environment in mind, the Val-U-Pal fully automated palletizing system uses 50% less electricity and 30% less air. The palletizer offers pallet handling and dispensing in a simplified modular format for easier installation. Ideal for small production lines, the system manages several package styles. It is preprogrammed with a variety of pattern configurations capable of palletizing at up to 16 cases per minute. A sheet dispenser is optional....more- 01/10/2008
For use in palletizing applications, the Q20ZA automated guided vehicle incorporates two Sick S300 safety laser scanners for a 360-degree field of protection around the vehicle. Each scanner is positioned on opposite corners of the AGV and is linked to the vehicle’s programmable logic controller and wheel-drive encoder. The safety scanners automatically change sensing ranges based on speed and steering angle. At higher vehicle speeds, the scanner looks farther for obstructions and slows the vehicle if an obstruction is detected....more
