Easy-to-configure bolted rack

The modular Interlock rack system features uprights using bolted connections, allowing users to easily modify, reconfigure and repair the rack. As a modular system, the rack can be incorporated into a new picking system, accommodate odd-sized inventory, or be moved to a new location. The system uses zinc-plated grade 5 bolts with a limited thread engagement design to prevent over-tightening of the matching serrated flange locknuts for secure connections. A recessed channel incorporated in the steel rack uprights eliminates any potential interaction of the hardware with product, pallets and operations personnel.
