Clamshell technology for food scales

Suited to weighing candy, seafood, poultry and produce, an expanded line of multi-head scales includes a new 2.5 liter (0.7 gallons) bucket model. The units feature clamshell technology that allows the weigh buckets to open wider and discharge product faster. Product waste is decreased because of the overlapping closure of the buckets. Available in 8, 10 and 14 head configurations, they accommodate up to 7 pounds (3.2 kilograms). Accurate within 1 gram (0.04 ounces), these combination scales achieve speeds ranging from 60 to 120 cycles per minute.
