Software directs robotic palletizing

PalletTech version 3.5 palletizing software has enhanced capabilities for complicated robotic palletizing applications, including multiple orientation pick up. The software suite includes application development and run time tools to reduce engineering and development time. To save time during pallet builds, the software can work offline to dynamically reposition itself. Consisting of two application modules, PalletEdit and PalletRunTime, the system generates optimized pallet patterns and robot motion profiles via a point-and-click interface. Enhanced clamp gripper support allows the use of grippers with two independent gripping segments and multiple orientation pick capability.
