High-speed packaging tray magazine

The Continuum tray magazine offers ergonomic tray loading and high-speed delivery in a range of packaging applications. A vertical tray stack permits the operator to move the blanks from the pallet to the magazine without turning the trays or bending over. Side actuators support a full tray stack of blanks, ratcheting them downward ondemand to eliminate stack weight for reliable pull-down at high speeds. The unit’s lugs transport the trays during product merge with a positive grip on the tray for consistent delivery.
