Labor management system released

The Vantage RPM labor management system calculates manpower requirements and tracks operating performance across facilities down to the individual associate and activity level. Features include productivity reporting, manpower planning and utilization tracking through tools that monitor facility, department, activity, group and individual metrics. The system uses historical goals, reasonable expectations and discrete engineered standards to calculate manpower requirements and to continually monitor performance by area and activity.
