Giant vertical carousel stores large items

The Vertizilla Model 3600 vertical carousel increases deployment speed and reduces operator fatigue by bringing materials to the operator. Inside the unit, a series of carriers mounted on a vertical closed-loop track revolve. With carrier payload capacity of more than 1,000 pounds and load chains rated for 59,000 pounds, it is the supplier’s largest vertical carousel. Features include configurable multi-level carriers, convenient control location, touch bar and infrared photo eye safety devices, a full metal enclosure with key lock access, 7.5 horsepower direct drive gear motor, fluorescent task lighting and a heavy duty conveying mechanism with ball bearing load and guide wheels.
