Heavy duty dumpers

The heavy duty dumper series for applications requiring higher duty cycle times or handling of sticky commodities tilt up to 135 degrees. The dumper carriages hold bins or carts and can be modified for special containers. Extra large side panels provide swing arc protection. Offered in capacities up to 6,000 pounds, the units come in 36-, 48- and 60-inch heights. Double-acting, machine-grade cylinders placed outside the carriage handle loads at lower pressures and are powered by a 5 horsepower continuous duty power unit. Options include stainless steel or epoxy finish, electric photo eyes, soft or hard lip extensions, warning bell and flashing lights.
