Low pressure product conveyance
Engineered to eliminate line jams during packaging, the Zero-Gap II in feed product conveyor uses electronic sensors to monitor and control product movement. The system maintains constant low line pressure to maximize uptime. Flexible design and gentle handling make the unit ideal for applications in the soft drink, beer, wine, food and household product industries. Installed between the upstream product conveyor and the original infeed of the machine, the system distributes round products of any size from a nested pattern into multiple lanes at speeds up to 2,000 units per minute.
