High-speed case erector

To ensure smooth, high-volume operation, the Model 450 case erector includes a servo-operated compression ram and 3 horsepower main drive motor, all-mechanical continuous motion drive, high capacity vacuum system and intelligent control package. The large capacity case magazine generates non-stop operation by automatically indexing stacks when needed, and may be refilled without lifting cases. For additional capacity, optional case magazine extensions may be added. A walking beam case drive automatically squares cases as they are transferred through the erector, which sets up and seals RSC and HSC cases at speeds up to 55 per minute.
