Robot and software for easy palletizing

A low cost palletizing system combines a robot with a set of conveyors, end of arm tooling, pallet stand and software. Easy to implement and maintain, the system is offered with the choice of two robots: The 4-axis KR 40 robot has a payload capacity of 88 pounds and reaches up to 6.9 feet, and the 4-axis KR 100 PA robot carries up to 220 pounds of payload and reaches up to 10.5 feet. Both robots use carbon fiber composite materials—making them extremely light without sacrificing stiffness. For out-of-box implementation of robotic palletizing, the included software suite offers application development and run time tools to reduce engineering and development time.
