Automatic shut-off saves energy

Occupying only 170 square feet, the robotic case packer/palletizer for end-of-line use improves productivity while simplifying the packaging and palletizing process. It uses low temperature glue and timers on the motors to shut them down after a reasonable amount of inactivity to reduce power usage. Capable of accommodating product and corrugated size fluctuations, the system’s components are integrated with the ControLogix controller to automatically erect cases, load them with product, and seal, label and palletize them in one system cell.
