Case packer for bottles, cans

The 396 Positron case packer delivers smooth, fast packing of carbonated, non-carbonated and hot-filled PET bottles into corrugated trays or plastic shells. Capable of handling many different bottle styles with simple changeover, the system is equipped with an overhead flight grouper for accurate, positive product control and bottle packing. Continuous motion ensures gentle product handling, while stainless steel frame, shafts and hardware reduce maintenance. Powered by two 1-horsepower motors, the system reaches processing speeds up to 60 trays per minute. PLC-controlled variable frequency drives automatically adjust to changing line speeds to ensure smooth product flow.
