High-speed bottle labeling

A high speed labeling system applies wraparound labels to round bottled water containers holding between 12 ounces and 2 liters. The system achieves speeds up to 250 ppm at ±0.03125 inches in accuracy. Features include integrated technology that significantly increases speed and end-to-end accuracy of the labeling process. A vertical roller conveyor stabilizes each container during the labeling application by trapping the product and allowing it to spin between two cylindrical rollers during the labeling operation.
