Slideways Plastic Roller Chain Sprockets can be made from UHMW, oil-filled nylon, Nylatron and other materials in A-plate and B- and C-hub styles to fit ANSI chain sizes #25, 35, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100. The quiet Roller Chain Sprockets are extremely durable and extend chain life by reducing friction. In addition, their lighter weight reduces the load on drive systems. The Roller Chain Sprockets are ideal for use in gritty environments requiring frequent wash-down, where food, dust and liquids with suspensions are present. The Plastic Roller Chain Sprockets require no lubrication.
