Produce bubble pack on-demand

The Pillow Pak’r machine makes 24-inch wide bubble material on demand—making a 48-inch diameter roll of bubble in 3.5 minutes. Each roll of Pillow Pak film makes two 1,000 square foot bundles of inflated cushioning material, perforated every six inches for maximum packing flexibility. Using patented air transfer technology, air moves between connected cells and, unlike traditional bubble material, cannot pop and lose its cushioning properties.
