In-Motion Checkweigher

Fuller Weighing Systems' CIM100 In-Motion Checkweigher keeps production lines moving to reduce labor costs while providing accurate weight of each package. Available in a choice of two conveyor sizes, the Fuller checkweigher blends seamlessly into the line for fast, efficient weighing. A number of options are available to fit specific applications. The checkweigher features a belt speed of up to 200 feet per minute and can handle packages weighing up to 200 lbs. Custom hardware/software is available.

Additional features include 10 character numeric ID; multi-zone checking (over-under-accept); zone counter for each zone; time and date printing; and averaged weight sampling for greater accuracy.
