SpaceRak offers a structural repair kit for performing fast "cut and weld" repairs to damaged frame within selective pallet rack systems, without the need to unload product or materials from the rack. Properly completed "cut and weld" repairs have proven to be the least costly method of ensuring the on-going stability and capability of storage rack with bent uprights or beams caused by forklift accidents. Pre-assembled frame sections from SpaceRak allow maintenance personnel to replace the damaged components in less than one hour, using hydraulic jacking equipment to raise the frame.
