Wire-Hook Conveyor Belt Fasteners

A series of redesigned Clipper wire-hook conveyor belt fasteners from Flexco feature increased wire diameter and mass for greater resistance to abrasion, belt tension and other abusive operating conditions. Clipper #4-1/2 RHTX Fasteners are made of high tensile steel rectangular wire with cross-section width of 0.052 inches and height of 0.062 inches. The increased height, up from the standard 0.057 inches, adds wire mass for significantly greater strength and longer splice life on light/medium-duty belts in applications involving slider beds or carrying abrasive cargo.
