In-line weighing

For weighing industrial packaging ranging from 1 to 500 pounds, the model 4693 heavy-duty Checkweigher incorporates weigh station conveyors measuring 4 to 5 feet long and running at speeds up to 220 feet per minute. This permits the unit to weigh up to 50 bag or box packages per minute. The system can weigh items accurately at angles up to ±12 degrees. For quick, easy rejection of off-spec items, a pop-up reject mechanism is incorporated. An internally conxtrolled pacing conveyor ensures proper package spacing as they pass across the scale.
