The Fill-Air NTS packaging system is an easy solution for space-saving inflatable packaging. The system produces clear inflatable cushions that are an ideal packaging alternative to bulky void fill materials. The portable Fill-Air NTS system can be installed beside or behind the workstation. Weighing only 79 lbs., the system has a small footprint that fits into any packaging area and frees up packing table space. An automatic sensor keeps the bin full of cushions and the modular components make for quick and easy servicing. Cushions made on the Fill-Air NTS system can be created on-demand so they are readily available for packagers and reduce the need to store packaging materials. Equipped with a large, removable bin, the system also can be configured as a multi-head system, ideal for batching applications or producing multiple size cushions.
