The conference will feature a conversation between George W. Bush, 43rd President of the United States and Founder of the George W. Bush Foundation, and John K. Baysore, President and CEO, Dematic North America.

Dematic, a global supplier of logistics systems for the factory, warehouse and distribution center, announced today that the 2014 Material Handling and Logistics Conference will feature a conversation between George W. Bush, 43rd President of the United States and Founder of the George W. Bush Foundation, and John K. Baysore, President and CEO, Dematic North America.

As president during a momentous period in American history, the conversation will offer George W. Bush’s thoughts on eight years in the Oval Office, the challenges facing our nation in the 21st century, the power of freedom, the role of faith and other pressing issues.

The 29th annual conference, “Hyperformance – Unrivaled Results,”  will inform attendees on the many supply chain trends, strategies and thought leadership required today to outperform the field. The three-day conference offers extensive educational opportunities categorized into six tracks: lead, engage, watch, solve, innovate and operate. The conference is scheduled to be held September 7-10, 2014 in Park City, Utah.

“We’re honored to have President George W. Bush address our attendees and look forward to his insightful vision that lends itself to our businesses and our lives,” said Baysore. “We look forward to punctuating the close of our event with this powerful conversation.”
