At a press conference Tuesday morning, Intelligrated (Booths 5123, 4923) announced the launch of its new shuttle system, revamped pick-to-light products, 24-volt motor-driven roller transfer conveyors, and a fulfillment execution software model.
“Given the interest in omni-channel and distributed order management capabilities, you will see a big emphasis from Intelligrated on software,” said Chris Cole, CEO of Intelligrated. “Constant analysis of real-time data allows software to serve as the operational brain.”
The Intelligrated OLS (One-Level Shuttle) is ideal for operations with high-turn inventory storage and short order cycle times. The highly efficient automated storage and retrieval system provides quick access to individual cartons, totes and trays in a minimal footprint.
The Real Time Solutions (RTS) product family has been enhanced, including the Trak3 cL, an entry-level pick-to-light solution for picking modules and put concepts.
The new motor-driven roller (MDR) transfer conveyor facilitates a 90-degree change in direction of cases, polybags and totes to satisfy the product handling demands of e-commerce and omni-channel fulfillment operations.
