A line of bulk bag fillers increases the number of bags that can be filled per hour while reducing operator fatigue and maintaining filling accuracy. The fillers work with the supplier’s four types of bulk materials and ingredients/additives conveyors. These include flexible screw conveyors to transfer powders, granules and flakes from storage through processing and packaging; aero-mechanical conveyors that operate without air filtration equipment; tubular drag conveyors for dust-free transfer of large volumes over long distances; and pneumatic conveying systems for long distance movement through complicated routes.
