Intended for cold-storage environments, the SR 5000 series moving-mast reach truck features a cabin that allows operators to remain productive in temperatures as low as -20°F. The truck is ideal for food and beverage applications, reaching heights up to 450 inches. To lessen the impact of cold on the operator, the cabin includes airtight windows, electric wipers, twin heaters and adjustable air vents. The cabin is constructed of tubular steel and includes a heavy-duty skirt. To prevent rust, internal truck components are treated with anti-corrosion compounds and sealants, while all moving parts are coated with a specially formulated cold store hydraulic oil and grease.
