AMK Automation showcases its AMKASMART Series

Beginning on Monday, AMK Automation (Booth B1163) had on display some of its AMKASMART Series lineup, a portfolio that includes servo converters and motors.

In particular, the company exhibited its iC and iX decentralized servo converters. Renowned for their compact designs, which have completely eliminated the need for control cabinets, the converters can save customers three essential resources—money, space and time—especially during applications like order picking and palletizing.

The company’s ihXT, iDT4 and iDT5 inverter-integrated servo motors were also presented. Featuring compact designs that integrate inverters, the motors can be used as decentralized auxiliary drives in various applications, including material feed.

“We take what is typically a complex and costly product design and simplify it,” said Tom Jensen, executive VP and general manager of AMK Automation. “As a result, we can help customers reduce costs and save valuable floor space.”
