Beacon ® Loading Dock Lifts Accommodate All Truck Bed Heights

Scissor Dock Lifts are ideal for all loading dock height applications. Designed and proven method in pit, surface, low dock or standard dock height loading and unloading procedures. The advantage is a cost effective way to offset different heights between the truck and dock or ground application. An efficient ergonomic way to raise and lower products while assisting in preventing dock worker related fatigue. Meets MH 29.1 standard.

These loading dock lift models have a wide range of lowered and raised heights for post office and low or high dock applications, designed to service tractor trailers, containers, reefers, flat beds and step vans. The scissor dock leveler technology allows the unit to be installed in front of the dock, in a pit or as a mobile unit.

Beacon ® loading dock lifts are available in a wide variety of lifting capacities from 3,000 up to 30,000 lbs. Widths range from 48” wide x 96” long up to 96” wide x 144” long. Lowed height range from 5” to 24” depending on the model and capacity. The Loading Dock Lift tallest model is available with a raised height up to 84”.

Different models are offered with remote or self-contained electric /hydraulic motor pump reservoir power pack. Standard input power for the electric - hydraulic operation is 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz, with optional volts, phases and hertz available. Remote pendant hand controls are standard. Optional wall mounted push button control are available. Leg set designs are offered in steel plate or tube steel construction to meet the capacity requirements for a long lasting and durable unit. Hand rails and a split steel bridge are standard. If your project is outside the scope of a standard lift, Beacon ® can provide a custom lift for your application.

Options include dual speed hydraulic pump, 2 to 10 Hp. motors. Depending on motor size Beacon offers single and three phase design. Voltage available in 115, 208, 230 or 460 Vac. 60 Hz is standard with 50 Hz option available. Additional options include control lockout, power cord with twist plug, automatic wheel chocks, actuated stop signs, flush mount hand rails, additional steel or aluminum bridges, Cold Galvanized Spray coating.
