MCFA launches new website

New site brings all brands under one roof for easy access to product, dealer and parts information.

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA), a leading manufacturer of forklifts in North, Central and South America, has launched a new website to improve the user experience for customers seeking to find forklift and aftermarket solutions for their businesses.

Housing all of MCFA’s companies and brands under one roof, including Rapidparts, Cat lift trucks, Jungheinrich and Mitsubishi forklift trucks, the new website is now a single source for finding forklift solutions to suit every industry sector and need, from retail to food and beverage to manufacturing and more.

“With MCFA’s new website, visitors now have the ability to view our complete forklift and warehouse product offering across all five classes in one central place,” said Kent Eudy, executive vice president, sales and marketing at MCFA. “In addition to offering a more streamlined experience for visitors, we’ve added additional tools to the site to simplify the purchasing process and help customers easily find and connect with their local dealer.”

New features and tools include:
● Responsive Design that is mobile friendly, allowing visitors to access the site from any device, including smartphones and tablets;
● Geo-Tracking to help customers quickly and easily find a nearby dealer;
● Industry-Tailored Search to help visitors zero in on the right product for a specific industry and operational need;
● Updated Newsroom to keep stakeholders up-to-speed on MCFA’s business, including new product announcements, MCFA’s dealer network and industry trends.
