Clark Americas announces capacity expansion at its San Luis Potosi, Mexico factory

The number of lift truck units produced at the facility surpassed expectations in 2013.

Clark Americas, the North American parent company of Clark Material Handling Company, has announced that its Clark Mexico factory location will double its forklift production output in 2014.

Since starting operations in 2011, this factory has demonstrated significant growth in units produced.

“We are very pleased with Clark-Mexico’s factory results. They have outperformed on our expectations in 2013 and with this expansion expect them to surpass our original projections for 2014. The quality of work from our team of professionals from the office to the line worker is exceptional and we could not be more proud of the work they do,” said Dennis Lawrence C.E.O. Clark Americas. “This additional manufacturing facility is a cornerstone to the continued growth of Clark, both in the Americas and globally. The products they manufacture in San Luis and the models we manufacture in Lexington compete with any competitive brand in the market today which in turn contributes to the future success of our brand and organization.”
