Intelligrated introduces new Lifecycle Support Team

Dedicated customer service account management team helps retailers and manufacturers extend the lifecycle of existing material handling systems.

Intelligrated, a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, has introduced the Intelligrated Lifecycle Support Team, an aftermarket account management group that will operate within Intelligrated Customer Service & Support. The new team focuses on the post-implementation needs of material handling systems and equipment.

Intelligrated’s Lifecycle Support Team provides OEM and non-OEM aftermarket care for all integrated material handling systems. The team’s service offerings include total lifecycle system support, such as:

• Audits
• Control system upgrades and modifications
• Equipment rebuilds and refurbishments
• Spare parts
• Warranty administration
• Obsolescence planning
• Outsourced maintenance
• Technical support contracts
• Technology repair contracts
• Training

“Today’s economy has forced many manufacturers and retailers to forego the complete replacement of aging material handling systems,” said Dennis Gates, senior vice president, Intelligrated Customer Service & Support. “Intelligrated’s Lifecycle Support Team is dedicated to helping companies give new life to their original system investment by reducing the risk of unplanned downtime and increasing system utilization through proactive system rejuvenation and maintenance support.”

The new team is made up of industry veterans who have the experience necessary to provide proactive and cost-effective support from single projects to multi-year lifecycle programs. Led by Lifecycle Support Team Director Corey Calla, lifecycle support specialists include Mike Adducci, Bryan Arnold, Mike Kerutis, Matt McDermott, Russell Pace, Donna Petro and Mike Snyder.
