MCA launches new Motion Control Online website

Initially launched in 2006, the site serves as a global resource for end-users, member companies, advertisers and job seekers.


Motion Control Association (MCA), the global trade group for the motion control industry, has launched a completely redeveloped Motion Control Online website.

Motion Control Online originally launched in 2006 and has grown to become a leading global resource for motion control and related automation technology information.

The new site includes technical articles, the latest products and technologies, videos, educational information, leading supplier company profiles, tools to help users find distributors and manufacturers that can help with their project, the latest market data and trends information, a motion control career center and more. Search capabilities have also been enhanced with advanced web development and search engine strategies and tools, including a quick access dropdown function on the home page and a new ‘Browse By’ option.

Other new website features include:

● MCA member company profile page enhancements
● New MCA member tools for 24/7 access to content uploads, website traffic, statistics, and more
● Career Center portal to post and view job opportunities in the motion control industry
● New options for advertisers, providing additional opportunities to reach their target markets
● Easier interaction with MCA via social media channels, as well as the ability to “share” information
● The site scales for tablet and mobile phone viewing
● Google translate integration
