reLogistics Services is the newest member of the Reusable Packaging Association (RPA), bringing the total of new members for 2011 to 12.
reLogistics provides reverse logistics and handling services for reusable, returnable and recyclable packaging. Mike Hachtman, President, was formerly with IFCO Systems. Mr. Hachtman will serve as reLogistics representative to the RPA. He will continue his role as Vice Chairman of the RPA and will assume the RPA chairmanship in January of 2012 as planned.

As a company, we benefit from learning best practices and leveraging RPA’s studies that help validate and quantify the benefits of reusable packaging,” said Mr. Hachtman. “I feel we are at a pivotal moment in the development of the reusable packaging industry, and feel strongly about helping guide the RPA to take full advantage of the opportunities.”
Jerry Welcome, President of the RPA said, “We are delighted that Mike will continue his leadership role in the RPA and we welcome his new company into our membership. I think reLogistics Services demonstrates the great opportunities that exist for companies to provide a vital service for the reusable packaging segment of today’s business supply chains.
