Storage Solutions, Inc. rebrands as Warehouse Optimizers

New name reflects the broader range of systems and capabilities offered by the Tenn.-based company that focuses on the Southeast.

Storage Solutions, Inc. (SSi), a Knoxville, Tenn.-based provider of warehouse automation systems and equipment, including but not limited to storage, has rebranded to become Warehouse Optimizers Inc. (WOI), effective Jan. 1, 2024. The new name more aptly descibes the full range of solutions and services it offers today to warehousing and distribution operations, the company explained in an announcement.

“We started our business in 1998 focusing largely on storage racking, but as customer needs, our capabilities and industry offerings have expanded, so too have our services,” said Rod Jack, WOI President, “Warehouse Optimizers Inc. is dedicated to helping businesses maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability within their warehouse environments, and the new name better reflects who we are today and helps define our services to new customers.”

The systems Warehouse Optimizers designs, installs and integrates include:
•    Storage racking - all types of pallet and unit load storage rack
•    Industrial shelving and item storage
•    Conveyor systems
•    Modular offices and buildings --cleanroom-office-and manufacturing spaces
•    Mezzanine storage & production platforms
•    Warehouse automation applications
•    Wire security enclosure
•    Warehouse safety products.

The company's service territory focuses on the Southeast. With headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, and sales representatives located throughout the Southeast, WOI noted that it provides personalized service to customers from as far west as Memphis and across to Clarksville and Nashville, and Johnson City down to Chattanooga. Additionally, WOI said its customer base reaches down through Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Florida, and that it can go to other locations where clients need assistance.

“We’re excited to unveil our new corporate name and logo, which we feel represents our top-to-bottom approach to our service and laser focus on maximizing results for our customers,” states Gene Cates, Director of Sales and Marketing.

WOI's capabilities include layout design, budgeting, planning, estimating, project management, and expert installation.

The company is not related in any way to Indiana-based Storage Solutions.
