Lift trucks: Mitsubishi Forklift goes mobile

Site makes it possible to access product information anywhere

Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, known for providing customers with reliable forklift trucks that deliver exceptional value, announced the launch of its new mobile website, making it easier for customers to access forklift product information and connect with local dealers while on the go through their mobile devices. The new mobile site includes Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks product information, a local dealer search function, and easy access to finance information and promotions.

The website allows users to view forklift specifications and includes the option to request a quote, email a product brochure or download the digital brochure directly from a mobile device. The dealer locator feature gives customers quick and easy access to dealership addresses and phone numbers and includes geo-tracking capabilities for some mobile devices.

Through the site’s Cost Control Basics section, which includes a series of tips for choosing the right tires and engine, minimizing forklift abuse and managing a fleet effectively, customers can also reference information for minimizing costs and increasing the efficiency of their forklifts.

“We’re pleased to introduce the new Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks mobile website,” said Jeff Rufener, vice president of marketing at Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks. “More and more people are on the go these days, and the mobile website will make searching for a new forklift or finding a local dealer even easier than before.”
