Mitsubishi Forklift donation helps local Boy Scout troops raise money

Boy Scouts of America Troops 533 and Troop 1907 of Cypress, Texas, raise $27,000 during fertilizer and mulch fundraiser.


Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks of Houston, the factory dealership owned by Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), donated a FG25N-LP 5,000 pound capacity internal combustion pneumatic tire Mitsubishi forklift truck to the Boy Scouts of America Troop 533 and Troop 1907 of Cypress, Texas, to maneuver more than 4,600 bags of lawn fertilizer, weed and feed and shredded mulch for the 13th annual Fertilizer and Mulch Fundraiser at Good Shepard United Methodist Church. This year the troop raised nearly $27,000, which will be used to support various activities and purchase equipment needed for the boy scouts.
