Motion & Control Enterprises acquires Ultimation Industries

Ultimation Industries is a leading direct-to-consumer conveyor manufacturer serving the automotive, food processing, vertical farming, heavy equipment, warehousing, fulfillment and delivery industries.


Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) has acquired Ultimation Industries, LLC, its fourth acquisition of 2023.

Headquartered in Roseville, MI, Ultimation provides highly engineered automation and material handling solutions as well as quick-ship distribution of material handling equipment products offered through a robust e-commerce platform to customers across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.  The company services a broad range of end-markets, including energy, automotive, logistics and vertical faming.

Hale added, “We have now completed 11 acquisitions since January 2021 as we expand our range of highly engineered, full lifecycle fluid power, flow control, automation and compressed solutions to our OEM and end-user customers.”

Founded in 1951, MCE is a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, compressed air products, service, and repair solutions. The company serves more than 25,000 OEM and end-user customers from 41 facilities located in 13 states.
