Newcastle Systems introduces mobile powered cart

Beginning on Monday, Newcastle Systems (Booth S4168) showcased its latest innovation, the QC Series Mobile Powered Workstation.

Beginning on Monday, Newcastle Systems (Booth S4168) showcased its latest innovation, the QC Series Mobile Powered Workstation. Due to its dimensions—42 inches high and 29 inches wide—the mobile cart can be easily moved throughout manufacturing and warehouse floors.

The cart also decreases product transportation, touches on manufacturing and warehouse floors, and worker motion considerably, leading to substantial rises in employee productivity. In addition, the cart has been primarily designed for quality testing, along with any other processes that entail immense storage capabilities. As a result, QA testing can be conducted at a specific product location on the manufacturing floor—without interrupting production.

“To succeed on the floor, quality is a necessity,” said John Kelly, CEO of Newcastle Systems. “The QC Series will allow organizations to significantly improve their quality testing procedures long term.”

ProMat 2019 is scheduled to be held April 8-11 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. The tradeshow will showcase the latest manufacturing, distribution and supply chain solutions in the materials handling and logistics industry. Modern’s complete coverage of the show.
